Minutes from last meeting (Preliminary)

SWIM COMMITTEE MEETING:  Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 5:30 am

PRESENT WERE:  Phil, Jutta, Virginia, Nancy, Teta, Stan, Bob, and Liz.

A.  MINUTES:  Read and approved.

B.  TREASURER'S REPORT:  None

C.  OLD BUSINESS:

1. Founders' Day Brunch - We will hold the brunch on August 14, 2010, at the pool from 9 to 11 am.  We can use the large lobby.  Nancy will get information from Katie as to what we need to put this on.  Example: tables, chairs, electrical outlets, access to water, etc.  Bob will put the information about our "pot luck" brunch on the web site.
2. Long Course Feedback - Bob said that 17 swimmers attended.  Stan said that Scott was a very good coach at the meet.  He was encouraging and helpful.

D.  NEW BUSINESS: - Adjustments to new situation at SMAC:  Nancy asked for help putting together all the information of our events and what is entailed.

E.  NEXT SWIM COMMITTEE MEETING - At SMAC on Saturday, August 7, 2010, at 9:30 a.m.
